- 280g ground beef
- 1 1/2 teaspoons hot chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 8 taco shells
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 iceberg lettuce, cut into strips
- 4 spring onions, cut into thin rings
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and cubed
- 125g sour cream
- 115g Emmental cheese, grated

Method
- Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic over low heat until soft. Add the meat, switch to high heat and fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until it is brown. Drain excess fat.
