Ingredients
6 servings
- 70 g protein powder (chocolate flavored)
- 40 g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 50 g oat flour
- 80 g erythritol or sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g banana (very ripe, mashed)
- 2 pc egg (medium)
- 60 ml almond milk (unsweetened)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat) and line a small square baking pan with parchment paper.
- Thoroughly mash the ripe banana in a bowl using a fork until completely smooth.
- Add the eggs and almond milk to the mashed banana and whisk vigorously until combined.
- In a separate bowl, blend protein powder, cocoa powder, oat flour, erythritol, and baking powder.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until a thick, heavy batter forms.
- Pour the batter into the pan, smooth the surface, and bake for 18-20 minutes (toothpick should come out slightly moist).
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into 6 equal pieces.
