Ingredients
10 servings
- 60 g protein powder (vanilla or milk cream whey)
- 70 g oat flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 50 g applesauce (unsweetened)
- 20 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 pc egg white (medium)
- 3 pc milk chocolate bars with milk cream filling (chopped)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 170 °C (top/bottom heat) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Dry mix the protein powder, oat flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add the applesauce, milk, and egg white, blending with a spoon into a firm, moldable dough.
- Knead two-thirds of the chopped chocolate bar pieces evenly into the protein dough.
- Divide into 10 equal portions, shape into round cookies, flatten slightly, and press the rest of the chocolate on top.
- Bake for exactly 9-11 minutes so the center stays delightfully soft and fudgy.
