Ingredients
2 servings
- 60 g baby spinach
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tbsp ground linseed
- 300 ml cold water
Method
- Wash and drain the spinach. Peel the bananas and break them into pieces. Quarter, core and roughly chop the apple; the skin can stay on.
- Put the spinach, bananas, apple, lemon juice, linseed and water into a blender and blend on the highest setting for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
- Add a few ice cubes if you like and blend briefly. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water.
- Pour into two glasses and drink immediately while the colour is still bright green.
