Ingredients
2 servings
- 500 g chicken breast or thigh fillets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 8 pc garlic cloves (sliced)
- 100 ml white wine (dry)
- 50 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan and fry the sliced garlic over medium heat until golden, then remove.
- Increase the heat, add the chicken pieces to the garlic-infused oil, and sear for 7-10 minutes until crispy and browned.
- Return the fried garlic and the chili flakes to the pan, then season everything well with salt.
- Deglaze the pan with the dry white wine, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom with a wooden spatula.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until the white wine has almost completely reduced.
- Remove from the heat, toss with a generous amount of fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
