Ingredients
2 servings
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1/2 bunch mint
- 1 apple
- 1 orange
- 2 kiwis
- 150 g seedless grapes
- 1 banana
Method
- Squeeze the lime and stir the juice with the agave syrup in a large bowl. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips and add half to the dressing.
- Quarter and core the apple, cut it into small pieces and toss immediately in the dressing so it does not turn brown.
- Peel the orange, removing the white pith as well, and cut it into pieces. Peel and dice the kiwis and halve the grapes.
- Mix everything with the apple. Only slice the banana just before serving and fold it in.
- Leave to infuse for 5 minutes and serve sprinkled with the remaining mint. Tip: Depending on the season, berries, peaches, mango or pear work well too.
