Ingredients
25 servings
- 400 g sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 50 g chocolate sprinkles (for coating)
Method
- Combine the sweetened condensed milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, and butter in a small saucepan.
- Cook over medium-low heat while stirring continuously to prevent the mixture from burning.
- The mixture is ready after about 10-12 minutes when it thickens enough to pull away from the bottom of the pan when swirling the spoon.
- Pour the sticky chocolate fudge onto a greased plate and let it cool down completely.
- Lightly grease your hands with butter, scoop small portions, and roll them into smooth, bite-sized balls.
- Roll each truffle thoroughly through the chocolate sprinkles and place them into mini paper cups before serving.
